Any of y'all have any experience working with MegaPath? I'm interviewing Wednesday for a position as Support Engineer in their Strategic Operations Center. I'd appreciate any input people could give on how they are as an employer.

I was a tech with Covad their largest partner, they are OK people, a bit confused at times, but that specifically seemed to have to do with a large rollout we did for Public Storage, otherwise not bad, competent techs on the other end.

I was also with Covad, and worked directly with MP for a while. get used to consistantly changing expectations.

Their techs are all pretty decent on the T1 side... DSL, notsomuch

Pretty sure that the position I'm interviewing for is for business offerings, and possibly specific to hosting for secure web portals... it wasn't real clear based on the job description, and the recruiter didn't have any more information than that. So hopefully it'll be a good knowledgeable group more like the T1 folks than the DSL folks you've dealt with.
