Hi All. I'm a sys admin, but I also do tech support for about 2500 users of an acedemic network with macs, pcs, suns, sgi's.. anything really. I try to avoid the support stuff and spend most of my time as a BOFH (and I am really permitted to be a bastard ;), but I can't always do that ;)
