When I tell you to reboot your system, don't tell me you were told never to shut it down. It's a goddamn bluescreen. You have to reboot. You called me for help, right? Then let me help you. Do what I goddamn well tell you, not what some faded yellow post-it note someone put on the computer fifteen years ago is telling you.

Oh it NEVER ceases to amaze me when people's Windows 95 (yes kids, thats right, 95! :P) machines lock up to the point that Ctrl-Alt_del doesnt register, they insist that they can't turn the machine off, cause they were told not to do that. All I say is fine, go ahead and let your machine sit there in limbo, hoping it'll suddenly come back from it's blue screen.
