Me personally? Caysh. Because that's the way I was taught at school (Australia). I see via Google that most dictionaries say it should be pronounced cash.
The voice-over guy on one of the ads on tv here at the moment? Cash-ay. Peeves me no end.
Just asked the (Unix Admin) hubby, and he says caysh as well. He also says all the guys in his team say caysh - as he's never heard anyone at work say anything else BUT caysh...
My Australian friend pronounces it the same way, and it sounds completely wrong to British ears - well, wrong for a tech in the know, anyway. In the UK, it's pronounced Cash, and is only pronounced cashe by the kind of people that say Lienucks.
Said Australian friend also says "Darta", as opposed to "Dayta". Is that also an Aussie thing?

No, seriously? Cash is the standard in the USA, from what I've been able to tell.
