A new fix, we have recently started to support the iOpener netpliance. The most common fix?

Unplug it for two hours and let the update take hold finally. So we here figured we should start having everybody unplug their computer for any problem regardless of their actually computer type.

Yes sir you heard me correctly, unplug your computer for two hours, give it a go and call us back if you continue to have problems.
