Sadly ours can't threaten to cancel any accounts (or I'd tell them to go ahead - it's one less buttmunch I have to deal with)... Instead, they start yelling at as and tell us to tell Bill Gates that they're never going to buy any of his software ever again. Yep, I've got a direct hotline to Bill Gates. I must do, I work for Microsoft! I sometimes even drop him an email and say "yo, bill, how's it going?". Pfft.
