Update:
I send the user an email asking for more details so I can route the ticket. I get a response back that the items have already bee sent back to one of our Eng shops. I again ask for details so I can route the ticket to the appropriate shop and I get a reply that the ticket numbers were on the gear.

Argh.

Pretty obvious to me ...

User is trying to set the joker in office #200 on fire but the screw fell out of his glasses frames and can't focus to find them.
