The moron I've been on the phone with for 50 minutes now cannot even boot from a cd to run run diags. 20 mins to get into BIOS. 5 mins to set CDROM to first boot and put the cd in. another 25 FREAKING MINUTES trying to boot from the diag cd.
I can't take this shit.
I'm supposed to go home in 8 minutes.
