People astound me with their stupidity, even after working so long in the helpdesk field. We regularly get people asking us what they should put when it's a question only they can answer. The zenith of stupidity has to be when they ask me, when they set up outlook, if they should say yes or no to 'do you travel with this computer'. What the hell? I know not all questions are straight forward, but how the flying frick would I know if you travel with your own PC? It's in front of you, you know the answer, so stop asking me you drooling freaks.

When I have to help people set up free email accounts on Yahoo or something, they always want *me* to answer the "Choose your security question". Like I know what their mother's maiden name is. Gimme a break.
