User is complaining that his VPN no longer works. He swears he didn't change anything on the work laptop; all he did was put security on his wireless router at home. "You don't think I have a virus do you?"

I feel sad that people will use things without having a clue how they work :<

Also.. the fact that he was using a work laptop on an unsecure network BEFORE that is also quite worrying, unless he lives in the middle of nowhere, or inside a faraday cage.
