techrecoveryNotes from an account earlier today. All I can say is.... wow....
Customer returned with three large men dressed in what looked to be gang attire stating odering me to change the notes I had previously left on her account. She then told me if I didn't, she brought "Force" and they would make me do it. I told them to back off and leave and I called the police to assist. She was saying that she left her broken modem here and that it was not in pieces. She DID in fact take the broken modem with her. I believe that when I told her that she would most likely have to pay for the modem judging by the condition it was in, that she decided that if she claims she left it here we would have to give her one for free. The Seattle Police have been trying to get them to leave for the last 20 minutes or so...
