I work for MS Outlook/OE/NM tech support, so I often hear "But my AOL mail works fine!" when people can't get their POP3/SMTP working in OL/OE.

hehe maybe they installed AOL 6.0 and had to reformat when everything stopped working! That would be a decent learning experience.
