Why do you keep complaining that "Everytime you say something to me, it's like I'm stupid or something?"

I'm getting sick of hearing it.

I never implied it, but I start to worry when I slooooooooooowy repeat myself, and you still get frustrated that you can't follow along.

Ask them to help you. If you can't find a mode of speech that they don't feel is belittling, ask them what you can do to help them understand what you're trying to explain.

I try to keep it as simple and straightforward as possible. I used to have the same kind of problem, but its gotten better with practice and time.

Of course, I had a customer today that when I told her to open IE, and explained that I would walk her through how to access the account, she refused, saying she didn't know how to use the computer, and she would wait till her son came home.

Some people are just intimidated....

"Everytime you say something to me, it's like I'm stupid or something?"

"And yet you keep starting conversations with me."
