So this isn't about my support, it's about vendor support, but it just blows my mind.

So I get an email from them just now. "Hey, this scan is taking too long on our end, can you have your users log off for a while?"

umm ... what? No, sorry, i'm not sure if you noticed, the users are sort of the point of the business. They sort of make all the money happen. Sorry if it's laggy.
