What do you expect me to do, e-mail the printer some new paper?
I'm not even in the same CITY as you. Though we, the support center, and the people who staff labs are technically part of the same department, we are in different parts of the department, and thus, I cannot do a damn thing.
And while I'm ranting, let me add this: to the network engineers who keep taking our border router offline, a warning before you do that would be nice. That was the third time tonight and if it happens again napalm may become involved.
Okay, maybe not napalm. But I will glare furiously in what I decide is going to be your general direction.

They probably think you can FTP it to the printer.
