this is hilarious. from guy who REFUSED to answer any questions and instead asked his same original question over and over but would not give more info. his parting line before storming off in a hissy fit?

"you are a waste of time and energy and the I wish I could tell you how useless you are and a waste of all this chat"

and then? survey, stated that *I* started an argument. by telling him i needed information in order to help him. what. a. loser.

Didn't you get this knew IT-Implant? (implanted emedietly into your brain)

It let's you access the users brain and querry it directly for the information needed.
Of course, they don't know that we can do this, or it would become a big security risk and all that, so we have to keep talking about.. uhm.. the weather and stuff, to keep them on the line.
In the end, we can then tell them how to solve their problem, and if they start with "No, I don't want to ping my router, I just want my internet connection to work you morron!", we can temporarly overtake their body, do the ping, discover that they changed their TCP/IP Settings, reset them to work with the router and wish them a nice day in under 5min.

The only thing they will remeber though:
They talked with you about the weather and suddenly everything worked again (and somehow they feel very unconfortable when they try to change their TCP/IP Settings and hence won't do it... nothing to do with us thouhg... we aren't able to plant a compulsion or something like it.. really!)

I think the problem is that the remote access method threw a "brainNotFound" exception when he tried to connect to the user...
