No, but it's prolly the same guy who did this: (pic heavy, untill someone gives me a nice code to scale them down, plzthx)
He taped 2 hard drives together, the one in the picture is dead. mostly everything is cooked. He spliced every wire, then used scotch tape to hook them together. He then spliced a USB cable into the outputs for the LEDs, using scotch tape, or just twisting them and leaving them bare. He then chopped up the fan's cable 2 times to fit the same connector, but different colour on, more scotch tape there as well. Note that the highly conductive 'craft wire' is both going inside the power supply and touching pretty much everything else in the damn case, with another wire just hanging loose. The graphics card had no bracket, more tape there.
