I know 'you are trying to learn about computers', but you don't see how I almost shitted myself to see your Frankenstein of a machine.
You used masking tape, yes masking tape, to hold in the CD drives. Then used some more and "taped up the hard drives together" to the case. You also used an oven-mitt of tape so the door would stay shut, and taped all the leds and switches to that crack between the door and case.
As a finishing touch, you used some sort of small guage craft wire to then hang, not attach, a case fan over the heatsink because you /lost/ the original fan. How the hell did you manage that?
I applaud your efforts.
But seeing as you killed 5 computers in your shed with guts everywhere, and now wish me to come up with an idea... give me a week.
