Us: We want you to find our icon in the system tray which is usually down in the bottom right, just next to the clock.
Them: What clock?
Us: The clock in the bottom right, it usually shows the time and/or date?
Them: I see xx:xx but I don't see any clock.
Us: ... ...

I've had that one too. The best part is the indignant tone they take, as though YOU'RE the idiot when they tell you there is NO clock on the screen, just numbers that tell you what time it is. Like by saying clock, you're implying there's a tremendous ornate timepiece duct-taped to their monitor that they just hadn't notice previously.

I really don't get people that still have a problem with xx:xx time. Come on, it's not rocket science! (Also, us Europeans never seem to have trouble with 24h time.)

My KDC environment has a 'fuzzy' clock setting. It currently says 'Quarter past nine'.
