There's nothing like moving an entire telecom closet to reveal the "creativeness" of your users.

One of my customers has a rack at XO Communications datacenter in downtown Manhattan. When it was initially set up, the datacenter connection was a 10mbit half-duplex. Only took a week or so for them to set it to 10mbit full duplex :(

Yea, we had a 10mbit hub between two networks. To this day I cannot figure out WHY they did it, since they had to SPECIFICALLY configure the router to handle it that way, there was nothing else plugged into to the hub, and it wasn't like they were trying to limit trafic in a stupid way.

VERY weird.
