Pet hate #1 - customers who I tell that they need to back up all of their data (because we need to format cos they royally FUBARED Windows), then proceed to say "well, how do I do that"? FUCK. Argh. Is it too much to expect that someone might even have the BASICS of computer knowledge? (I consider knowing how to backup your important data pretty damn much a basic necessity - especially if you're running Windows. Heh)... I'm not here to hold your hand and step you through EVERY TEENY TINY LITTLE STEP because you're too STUPID or LAZY to learn this stuff for yourself!

Hrmph. I love my job, oh yes. *smirk*.
