We all know customers have verbal flubs, some of them small, such as stating that their "donane mame" is such and such, but this last call had something where I had to actually turn to the person next to me and repeat it:

I'm getting a server "Misconfirmiration"

My rednecks have a tendency to say "usersname" instead of "username." For some reason this annoys the living crap out of me.
