I work at an ISP that works with a certain phone company to provide DSL; that is, we provide the Internet connection, but the phone company provisions the line. One of my coworkers called a customer yesterday because the customer had ordered DSL, but didn't call us back to activate it.

The customer called back today to let us know that the phone company had provisioned the wrong line for DSL, and that she would call us back when PhoneCo fixed their little boo-boo.

We got the same problem at the ISP I work at.

I swear, the telco is fucking retarded.
