Around my work, it's Bourbon and coke. Preferably Buffalo Trace or Blantons, and often times Woodford or Elijah Craig.

You have access to some interesting-sounding bourbons. I personally am very fond of the Old Crow. Maker's Mark is tasty but a little too... smooth? For me. I also like Old Grand-Dad a lot.
