Ok here's the deal.

My husband has his sites (if you saw my last posts we were having issues with them) already registered. He has built the sites on Frontpage and has the entire content of the site with many MANY pages ready to just upload. He did this himself due to financial restrictions until the sites are up and business starts bringing in the money.

Now my question is, what do I/how do I learn how to create/maintain a database for members only logins and page customizations. Please remember I know enough HTML to get me into trouble but I have to do what I can to do this for him. Right now he has a friend doing it for him but I'm afraid this may not last all that long and this person that is helping him out now may just back out of the whole thing leaving us stranded.

Where do I start and what do I do? Part of the site will be public access and parts will be members only access. I will learn the basic design of the pages but when a person signs in, how do they get to custom parts of the site and how do I make that happen?

Unrealistic questions? Probably but I'm almost in a panic. I need to know what to do. What better place to start asking...

Not to be rude, but this community looks like it's more suited for real questions. I believe this one is suited for humor...

I'm also afraid I don't have any advice for your query.
