Feb. 26th, 2008 09:59 amI spent yesterday going through a long list of things which should in now way, shape, or form, have been escalated to tier 3.
The winner was a woman who was complaining, among other equally not-our-fault things, that her email was taking two days to get from her friend's house to hers. She was also having problems with her hair styling website. She spent about an hour after I called her listing off user errors she's had, and finishing off by telling me I had a choice between giving her a refund or a new computer.
Why do I get the feeling she voted for Ted Stevens?
I am counting that call as a success, though. I convinced her to either give the computer to her teenagers to play with, or donate it to one of the many nonprofits who refurbishes old computers for schools.
