My Macs are my buddies. My MacBook Pro that goes everywhere with me, and my G5 that is on 24/7 working on Boinc shared computing projects. I leave it on unless I'll be gone more than a month. It has been on continuously this time since September 15, 2007. I like not having to worry about spyware, virii, worms, what-have-you. When I have to use it I do feel that I'm disturbing it. The work it's doing is always more important than the work I'm doing!

eh. never once did I run out of TP while I was over there. That being said, the hands you shake might not have enjoyed the extravagence of TP, so bring lots of hand sanitizer.
