Them: Oh ok I'll get it...(((Silence)))
Me: After about a minute...Hello?
Them: I thought you were going to proxy in? *Twitch*
Me: I need your IP address to proxy in...do you want me to help you find it?
Them: Ooh I have to do something? Sure. (irritation noted here)
Them: (((gets IP address))) **dot***dawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwt***dot*** *Twitch* Twitch*
Me: Ok I'm going to connect to your computer now to fix *blah blah blah*
Them: (((silence)))
Me: (((waiting)))
Me: Um, is it prompting you for permissioin to allow me to connect?
Them: Yes, should I accept? *NO YOU SHOULD SAY NO!*
Me: *THUNKS head on the table* Yes please.
Me: *gets the denied permission message* *Twitch*Twitch* Bit of a problem with the twitching here...affecting my work ability
Them: Are you in yet?
Me: Did you say accept or deny?
Them: I clicked deny permission...*Twitch*Twitch*Twitch*Twitch*
Me: Then no, I'm not in yet. I have to try again.
*blood curdeling scream*
Then THEY get mad at ME!
KILLLLL!

Date: 2004-01-09 02:11 pm (UTC)Actually it does get frustrating because there are certain people that call in all the time that know how to do it but just...well, don't. No explanation other than they just won't stop and listen to direction witihout having to interrupt every other word you say and decide to put you on hold while they try something 'else' real quick therefore making the problem worse...while trying to do something else also not listening to my explaining to them that it is not only NOT going to work but will make things harder to fix once I CAN get into their computer.
