Fulfiling user requests
Feb. 2nd, 2008 10:47 amCustomer calls me up, and asks me to ping her computer, because things were wrong, and "a techie told me I need to have you send the ping to my modem".
It took 60 minutes of diagnosis and annoyance and interrupting, but I finally convinced her that, in fact, the problem was not with her ISP, but in fact with her wireless connection.
But I really just wanted to say
"Request timed out."
"Request timed out."
"Request timed out."
"Request timed out."
