You know, had it not been for a customer service person from India, my parents would still be with Earthlink. In fact.. Earthlink lost my parents to AOL... of all people, AOL.

YET again...how many times will they do this?? until they no longer have a company??? I guess those of us in Phoenix that took the layoff unstead of moving to another city. *ugh!*

Well, they did just finish with Seattle and Dallas about 6-9 months ago (don't remember when exactly). Phoenix was just the guinea pig on how to handle fucking up people's lives.

I am worried more about my friends in HBG that relocated there from AZ. I am thankful they wouldn't offer me relocation when PHX went down.... Though I am still kicking myself in the head for not taking the QM position for Client Logic in Vegas...

Yes, I agree. Ma Bell might as well drop to a 70 IQ and get an accent the way things are going ... make for some nice intercept messages. But atleast there would be consistency.
