You know, had it not been for a customer service person from India, my parents would still be with Earthlink. In fact.. Earthlink lost my parents to AOL... of all people, AOL.

Now I'm not racist or anything but when it's my job being taken from my territory this is fucking pissing me off! Most of those people aren't even literate. Things don't seem to be changing anytime soon.

Yes, I agree. Ma Bell might as well drop to a 70 IQ and get an accent the way things are going ... make for some nice intercept messages. But atleast there would be consistency.
