saw that a couple years ago when i worked for Earthlink.. Still Funny... the internal Elink DB has/had a "all your base are belong to us" document..

I wonder if they still have that...I think they lost their sense of humor sometime after they laid off half the company so probably not.

the sad thing is that so many people were truly unable to find the "any" key for so long it finally had to become a faq. Well faq does stand for frequently asked... aye aye aye.

There is of course the anecdote that Tandy decreased their support calls by 40% by reprinting the manual to say "Before calling in, make sure that the computer is plugged in and the power button is on."
