Customer reports internet connection is "slow." Bandwidth tests to NOC show connection is good. Customer believes our upstream is being saturated by terrorists bent on undermining capitalism by sabotaging major Internet hubs on "Cyber Monday." Reminded customer that SLA doesn't include events beyond our control, which includes real or imagined jihad.
