I work for an outsourcer.. the main office is pretty small, but they still have a couple of call centers in other states as well.

I'm outsourced.
I work at the company we're outsourcing to, not in the office of my actual employer. In fact, I worked at this desk before it was outsourced.
The company that came in to take over the desk SUCKS. if we don't check our company e-mail at least once a week it reflects poorly in our performance reviews. and god forbid you skip a 'company function.' That's a big no-no.
company's stuck in the dark ages. *le sigh*
workin on getting out, but this market blows.

oh, how big. about 400 employees that do support. They also have web programming and application support divisions, about 1500 all told. not too big, but certainly not small.
