Please assist $USER as he is currently unable to log a $TICKET_SYSTEM call for $PROPIETRY_SOFTWARE_X as he is getting the above message every time he tries to log a $TICKET_SYSTEM call for $PROPIETRY_SOFTWARE_X.

So the problem is the users can't tell us about problems they are having through the helpdesk software? Maybe my day is looking up after all!

Please assist me, while trying to report a fault with the system my coleque encountered an error reporting an error in the failed system. When I encountered an error with the error reporting system I tried the phone, which iI found to be in error. Please assist me in fixing this error so I can report the error in the error reporting system so my colleque can report the original error.

or you could route all incoming calls back to the original caller. most would hang up with confusion, the rest would leave a voicemail on their own message service saying they were having phone issues.
