Ok... If you have kids screaming in the house, tend to them before you call tech support. if you have kids screaming in the same room, muzzle those kids instead of making me, who has to listen to an endless stream of stupidity every day, have to cringe from the high pitch squealing that is coming in right in my ear!

There's a little thing called duct tape and it's affordable for homes everywhere. I personally think we should include it in the DSL kits.
