O.k. here's some back ground. I am currently the lead technician on a project to replace 5000+ systems for a large health care company. I recently went down and replaced the administration department PC's with new laptops. Everything went smooth as could be. The next day I get called to the office of my boss saying his laptop was not working correctly. I go down to find out what's up and he tells me his wireless isn't working. I verify that it's working fine at the moment and ask him about it. He says that it wasn't working at his house. I ask "Do you have a wireless router?" and get the response "Oh, I have to have one of those? I thought it just picked up from wires connected to my desktop." How in the world do these people ever get into management. This guy is in charge of 300 IT people.
