sometimes I fuck around with 'em discretely. I'll be saying something like:

"...yeah we've been seeing a lot of that lately. Our investigation and testing has indicated that ID-10T errors are somehow related to the wetware during the sync process..."

MOST COMMON RESPONSE: "Oh... Well can you fix it?"

I highly doubt it...
