Here's how:

Just kill csrss.exe (or winlogon.exe, or smss.exe. .. any critical process)

If task manager won't let you do it (2000 or XP you can't kill a critical process, 2003/Vista you can!), or if you can't open taskman because "the window station is shutting down" you can still use pskill or taskkill from another box on the network.
