Dear to my lovely, sweet, sometimes not very bright $COLLEGE users,

Calling me to tell me that email is down is actually NOT HELPFUL. Trust me, I know it's down, my boss knows it's down, HIS boss knows it's down, and the poor email guys DEFINITELY know that it's down as they are currently busting their balls to get it back UP. Go take a long lunch and let me eat mine. On the other side, calling to let me know that it's back UP isn't actually helpful, I didn't actually need that information and I just had $EMAIL_GOD down here anyway.
