They call T2 direct!? What the hell?

Anyone calling the T2 line direct that doesn't know how to do simple shit, you should be able to hang up on them, and tell them to call the T1 line.

The difference between the Tier 1 number and the Tier 2 number is only one number off. So some people dial by mistake.
THIS guy was GIVEN the number by the tech who installed him. This seems to be a new trend from our installers and then they have the nerve to complain about the hold time. But that's a rant for co-workers_suck LOL
