a) not going to listen

b) going to rush ahead of me

c) not going to take the time to read me what's on your screen, just reading "smtpinternet" is not going to help me. I said please read me EXACTLY what you see. Do you really think how you spelt your username has no effect on if you get a username/password error?

It's amazing how many people either miss the '.' between mail.host or use an '@' instead. And then they read it back with no mention of what the heck is there.
