techrecoverycopied and pasted an email from a customer verbatim, but *** out the name of the customer, the product and other 'sensitive' info and noted in parenthesis.
After reading it, I got this image of one of those Cat Macro things "I'm on your computer, cancelling your accounts"
hy my name is ***** ****, and, i have couple of question please give me a call
my no # is *** *** **** or home ph. # *** *** **** call after 11pm
. we was kept calling you since last monthe we canot talk each other
so, it has to talk or give a email we want to cansal our accunt with
you we are not satisfy with you , we have 3 accunt 1,****(us) ,2, *******.com (partner, not us),
3 ********* (partner of our partner, still not us) . regarding that account please give us a call . you all
redy charge us in my accunt on jun i was gave you a call as wel email
ther is no anwer . on top of that you charge us that is not fair you
have to return back that money other then i wil di some thing alse so,
please give us a call i left massage on kate on operetor nobody keep in
touch if you not give us a call with in 2 to 3 hour's then let see what
will hapen thank you

and the funny thing is, I don't think they even want to cancel *our* service.
