Doesn't affect me. Were I in california, I'd probably submit back a reply to the extent of "blah blah blah thank you for your concern. Please submit to us a list of alternate suggestions and they will be reviewed by commitee blah blah blah" and bury it under a pile of documents that will never see the light of day.
