The larger the company, the worse the management. Management can totally rob one of the will to work.

Dealing with dumbass customers is annoying. But worse is dealing with the people who put you in that position and won't come to your aid or make any kind of logical decision. Basically, it's sad how often Scott Adams (http://dilbert.com) is right about the world, and on a regular basis too.
