I am tier 3 network support and network engineering. I do the routers, WAN transport, and such. Just because I have worked with you in the past does NOT mean you can call me to find out how to wipe and reinstall Windows 2000, or how to send encrypted email from Microsoft Outlook. That is what our help desk is for. Gees, I got 2 of those type calls within about an hour...
