I thought I would never deal with people as bad as some customers. But with the Tech Job market what it is and companys that outsource their help to india. All i can say is OMG these guys Suck and have no training what so ever!!! They follow a Script to the T. And if they do not understand you they will place you on hold from 5-15min!!!
and the sad thing is that I know what the answer is and how to fix the issue!! and just need them to do something on their end to fix the problem they take about 15-20 to understand why im calling in for Vendor support. What sucks is a lot of companys are jumping on this bandwagon and its stupid that I have to call India or some other 3rd world country for an update on a customers ticket who lives here.
