Oh yeah, this is being passed around my office via Email. Most of us here live in an Insight area. Insight in this area was just bought by ComCast. Because so many people here have Insight, we had a deal with them where we got the employee discount on cable. ComCast has had "Screw you guys, no discount for you." People get angry when you take away free cable...
You gotta feel kinda sorry for the guy, I mean, not his fault that his f**king compnay puts him on hold for over an hour and he falls asleep, I mean, I know what kinda hours they pull [18 per day usually].
It still stinks that mangement apparently saw that and fired the guy. [I know someone who used to work there.]
