I was out of the tech support mines for a while and returned last September. Nothing's really struck me as major enough to rejoin this lovely community. Sure, I've posted a few gems on LJ, but...

Well, today's just made me laugh.

Maybe it's more of a bitter, maniacal laugh, but... it's a laugh all the same.

Yes... yes it is. However, making it *not* eye-searing and hopelessly unprofessional is quite a bit harder.
