If you are looking directly at me and asking a question, I am assuming you are asking me something. When I answer, if you say "I was not talking to you" - next time you spill coffee on your laptop or need help after hours you can have the joy of listeing to me tell you to call someone who cares before I hang up the phone and go back to bed at 3am.

If you expect favours from me you better pay respect.

That would remind them too much of Business School, where all they had to do was show up, learn how to abuse people, and get a insanely good job where they don't have to do anything to earn it.

Easy fix this one.
Get a recording of the Microsoft Sam voice saying "Are you talking to me, punk?" or something a bit stronger if you're in the mood for putting your head in a lions mouth and flick said lions love spuds with a wet towel, use the windows task scheduler to run it every half an hour on their PC and magicly look extremly too busy to help them or be out of the office when they come running in.
