1] The sequence is light BBQ, stand well back, add LOX...
not Add LOX, light BBQ, stand well back.
2] with enough LOX anything burns rapidly, BBQ brickettes, steel BBQ's, concrete...
Still, once the mushroom cloud cleared and we'd all admired the glowing crater in the concrete, we were able to cook the food over the molten remains of the grill.
